Front Of House Lead Supervisor (Full Time)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Front Of House Lead Supervisor at T Rowe Price in Baltimore, Maryland. The role monitors the food service operation to ensure the production of high-quality products and service. The supervisor manages inventory to maintain high valuation and minimal waste, ensures staff remain on task and quality standards are met, and keeps the operation clean and organized. The position also monitors marketing signage and upholds company and client policies and procedures. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; further details are provided during the interview. The pay range is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the openings are filled.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Stocking experience.
- Inventory experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the food service operation to ensure production of top-quality products and service.
- Manage inventory to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensure staff are on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitor marketing and confirm signage is current and appropriate.
- Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
