About The Position

Waste Connections is hiring a Front Load Garbage Truck Driver to service local commercial routes. This is a stable, full-time position with daily home time and year-round work. The driver starts at 3:00 AM and is paid $23.00 or more per hour, depending on experience, with overtime opportunities. Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with no restrictions.
• At least 1 year of local route driving experience.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong commitment to safety, service, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front load garbage truck on assigned commercial routes.
• Follow route sheets and service all customers assigned by dispatch.
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of fluids, tires, and safety equipment.
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers.
• Transport collected waste to designated disposal sites.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
