About The Position

New Moon Pizza, LLC, a Domino’s franchise operating stores in the Decatur, Georgia region, is seeking motivated Front Line Team Members to provide a positive first contact for customers in person and over the phone. The role focuses on customer service, quality products, teamwork, and maintaining a strong community presence. Team members greet customers, take orders, process payments, prepare products according to Domino’s guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Must be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile, both over the phone and in the store.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make products consistently in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
