We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation aircraft. This position is onsite at the Rotors Service Center in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is 2nd Shift (3:00PM-12:00AM) – Will have mandatory OT weekend shift (rotation typically every 4 weeks). The Front-Line Leader is responsible for the overall execution and performance of an assigned area. This includes but is not limited to the general assigning, managing and directing of the daily manufacturing activities of up to 25 union covered employees within their assigned area to attain economy of operations, maximize throughput, and ensure profitable production of parts. The Front-Line Leader will also be responsible for driving performance, safety, quality of work, managing cost, and managing employee relations.
