About The Position

This role is responsible for operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. The position also involves moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods, monitoring output quality, and administering accurate daily production records. Additionally, the Line Leader supports efforts to meet quality standards, ensures compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws, and HSE requirements, and assists in maintaining machinery and equipment for optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Requirements

• Experience operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly or packaging equipment
• Ability to move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
• Skill in monitoring output quality
• Proficiency in administering accurate daily production records
• Understanding of HR regulations, data protection laws, and HSE requirements
• Ability to support machinery and equipment maintenance

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products
• Administering accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis
• Supporting efforts to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws and health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements
• Supporting the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
