About The Position

Front-end team members may work as courtesy clerks, customer service associates, or cashiers. The role provides opportunities to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career through on-the-job and online learning. Team members help make customers’ visits memorable and contribute to an inclusive, welcoming workplace. Starting hourly rates are no less than the local minimum wage and vary based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Listed rates are $14.75–$15.00 for Cashier and $14.50–$15.00 for Bagger/Courtesy Clerk.
