About The Position

The Picklr is hiring a part-time, onsite Front Desk Team Member for weekend work at its indoor pickleball club in Burlington. The role welcomes members and guests, introduces visitors to the club, and helps weekend operations run smoothly. Regular availability on both Saturdays and Sundays is required; shifts vary according to club needs, with specific hours discussed during the interview. Base pay is $18 per hour plus uncapped commissions under the club commission plan. Total earnings can reach $25 per hour including commissions, depending on sales performance. The position offers opportunities to grow into team leadership, sales, and management roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, friendly, and proactive, with problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and contribute.
• Comfortable starting conversations and working toward sales goals.
• Regular availability on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful, but prior experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, and answer questions.
• Give club tours, explain memberships, and help guests choose the right option.
• Support membership, pro shop, and event sales, and process payments accurately.
• Help with court reservations and registration for leagues, lessons, clinics, and tournaments.
• Restock merchandise and keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.
