About The Position

The Picklr is hiring a part-time, onsite Front Desk Team Member for its Danvers indoor pickleball club. The role welcomes members and guests, introduces visitors to the club, supports sales and reservations, and helps keep the facility organized during busy weekends. Regular availability on both Saturdays and Sundays is required; weekend shift times vary with club needs and will be discussed during the interview. Base pay is $18 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings potentially reaching $25 per hour depending on sales performance. The role offers opportunities to grow into team leadership, sales, and management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, friendly, and self-starting, with a proactive approach to work, problem-solving, learning, and contributing.
• Comfortable starting conversations and working toward sales goals.
• Regular availability on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful, but prior experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, and answer questions.
• Give club tours, explain memberships, and help guests choose the right option.
• Support membership, pro shop, and event sales, and process payments accurately.
• Help with court reservations and registration for leagues, lessons, clinics, and tournaments.
• Restock merchandise and keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.
