About The Position

The Picklr is hiring a full-time, onsite Front Desk Team Member for its indoor pickleball club in Burlington. The role welcomes guests, builds member relationships, and helps keep club operations running smoothly. Compensation is $20 per hour base pay plus uncapped commissions on memberships and merchandise under the club commission plan; total earnings can reach $25 per hour including commissions, depending on sales performance. Late-afternoon and weekend availability is required, with specific shifts discussed during the interview. The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable starting conversations, solving problems, and working toward sales goals. A high school diploma or GED is required. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
