About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Office Coordinator, serves as the Site Supervisor while operating the telephone console, personal computers, copy machine, and other office equipment and software. Provides excellent customer service by handling paperwork, processing payments, and managing transactions related to facility rentals, memberships, activities, and programs. Utilizes strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to support daily operations and helps ensure each staff member and shift is prepared for success.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
  • One year of experience in customer service, cashiering, and computers
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • CPR and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire
  • Bloodborne Pathogen training required within 30 days of hire
  • Knowledge of telephone procedures and etiquette
  • Knowledge of correct English usage, spelling, and vocabulary
  • Knowledge of office methods, techniques, and equipment
  • Knowledge of word and data processing equipment
  • Responsible for the care, condition, and use of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Responsible for confidential information that must be handled with discretion
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to use office equipment such as telephone, fax, printer, computer and various computer programs including Word, Publisher, and Excel
  • Ability to apply general principles and policies effectively to specific conditions
  • Ability to handle confrontational situations and make sound decisions

  • Exposure to Sportsman (Center Software program) preferred
