•$14 - $15•Onsite

About The Position

Shivaay Group LLC is seeking a positive, guest-focused individual to join its Front Desk Team. The representative is often the first and last person guests see and is responsible for protecting private guest information. The role offers opportunities to advance within the company, and cross-training in other departments may be required. The representative assists guests with requests, checks them in and out, handles phone calls and reservations, relays messages, and helps address billing and reservation concerns. They maintain an organized work area, share information about hotel facilities and local attractions, and are empowered to resolve guest issues and complaints. Other duties may include cleaning common areas or rooms, stocking food and beverage items, and conducting property walks. This is an in-person hotel position. Scheduling varies according to business demand, and the posting lists morning, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The work takes place in a shared, open space with other employees; duties can change daily, so the representative must prioritize tasks and adapt to changes.
