Front Desk Receptionist

Southwest Womens Oncology/OptimumAlbuquerque, NM
Onsite

About The Position

The front desk is where every patient and client experience begins. The Front Desk Receptionist is not a gatekeeper-they are the first expression of who we are. At Optimum Human and Southwest Women's Oncology, we hold the front desk to the same standard as clinical care. We hire for attitude and aptitude above all else. Credentials matter, but who you are and how you grow matter more. Southwest Women's Oncology (SWWO) is New Mexico's leading gynecologic oncology practice, delivering advanced cancer care with skill, courage, and compassion. Optimum Human and Optimum Infusion extend that mission into performance medicine, infusion services, longevity, recovery, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapies, hyperbaric medicine, aesthetics, and human performance. Together, we operate as a single integrated platform committed to one mission: To deliver new possibilities in medical care, human performance, and health by uniting passion, knowledge, and precision into something greater than the sum of its parts. The Front Desk Receptionist owns the patient and client experience at the point of arrival-managing check-in, scheduling, communications, billing support, and the day-to-day administrative operations that keep the front office running smoothly across a busy, multi-service medical practice. You will work closely with clinical providers and medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and appointment coordination, the concierge and wellness teams on member check-in and service coordination, and billing and administrative staff on insurance verification, payment processing, and patient inquiries. You bring warmth, professionalism, and the organizational precision to keep everything moving-because patients and clients notice every detail of how they are treated.
