That's why we're looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team as a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.). If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people, stays calm in a busy environment, and takes pride in making others feel welcome, we'd love to hear from you. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a positive, welcoming experience while keeping the front office running efficiently. Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy and working as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients
- Answer incoming calls
- Verify insurance and demographic information
- Collect payments
- Scan documents into patient charts
- Help maintain accurate records
- Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure patients receive excellent service from check-in to check-out
