This position is responsible for handling the switchboard at reception, greeting, and directing members and visitors while maintaining a professional first impression for the organization. The role involves managing incoming calls, responding to inquiries, handling mail, updating systems, scanning membership tags, managing reservations, and maintaining the reception area. The receptionist will also assist with membership packages, club mailings, event spreadsheets, and special event preparations. Additionally, the role requires learning and following protocols for medical emergencies, evacuations, and receptionist manual procedures.
