We’re searching for an entry-level Front Desk Receptionist to support a healthcare organization focused on delivering an excellent patient experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping with check-in, scheduling, and general questions. It’s a great opportunity for recent graduates who enjoy helping people, staying organized, and want to build a career in the healthcare field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Clear and friendly communication in person and over the phone
• Positive attitude, polished presence, and comfort interacting with a wide range of people
• Accurate when updating records or handling forms
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of follow-up items
• Patient, welcoming, and committed to creating a great experience
• Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with friendly, professional customer service
• Assist with check-in, appointments, and general questions
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate appointment details clearly
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Maintain accurate records and update patient information
• Manage paperwork, forms, and administrative details
• Ensure patients receive clear information and follow-up instructions
• Support daily office operations to keep the front desk running smoothly
