As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our office. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standard and other duties as assigned. Travel to surrounding locations may be required. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will play a critical role in creating a positive patient experience while maintaining accurate records and supporting clinical staff.
