Responsible for monitoring and directing the nighttime activities of the hotel to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests & employees.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision and guidance to the Front Desk.
- Ensure each area is managed in accordance with operating standards to maintain a professional image and superior customer service.
- Ensure that all reports are completed as required.
- Resolves quickly and timely on guest complaints, concerns or disputes.
- Responsible for the overall Hotel operations when serving as Manager on Duty.
- Assist in attainment or surpassing of all departmental and hotel goals.
- Maximize customer service and enhance the guest experience.
- Minimize employee turnover through proper training and motivating of employees.
- Maintain open lines of communication with all departments within the Hotel.
- Manages a program that accurately forecasts occupancy changes and make recommendations for the maximum revenue enhancement.
- Supervise the selection, orientation, and training process of all department employees.
- Ensure wake-up calls are made timely and properly.
- Ensure messages and faxes are properly logged and delivered.
- Research all questionable accounts and guest billing inquiries.
- Follow up on all guest complaints in a timely manner.
- Responsible for blocking all rooms for arrivals.
