About The Position

ImageCare Radiology is seeking a full-time Front Desk Floater for its Sussex region. The role represents ImageCare while interacting directly with patients and providing excellent customer service and patient care. Front Desk Associates check patients in and provide the necessary paperwork when patients arrive for appointments. The floater travels between nearby sites within the Sussex Region, with scheduled days determined by department needs. New hires must attend first-day orientation at the Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site.

Requirements

Reliable and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
Reliable commute to or plans to relocate to Newton/Sussex, New Jersey, before starting work.
MMR vaccination and yearly flu vaccination are required by company policy.

Nice To Haves

One year of customer service experience is preferred.
Experience and knowledge of the medical field are highly preferred.
