About The Position

AICA is hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist who will float among its Tier I clinics in Kennesaw, Cobb, and Powder Springs. This is a dual-role opportunity combining medical reception work with cross-training as a Therapy Technician. AICA has served Georgia for more than 25 years, operates 21 locations, and has a team of more than 400 professionals specializing in injury recovery and orthopedic care.

The receptionist greets patients, schedules appointments, verifies insurance, processes payments, manages patient records using EMR systems, answers phones, and coordinates with the medical team. Through therapy technician cross-training, the employee assists chiropractors with patient treatments, guides patients through therapeutic exercises, documents patient progress and responses, and maintains clean treatment areas.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of medical front desk experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• High school diploma.

• Reliable transportation.
