Front Desk/Customer Service Specialist
About The Position
DeVaughn James Injury Lawyers is hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist to support clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. The role includes assisting people who visit the office and communicating with them by phone. The firm focuses on meeting clients’ needs as they complete medical treatment following a personal injury incident. No legal experience is required; the firm seeks someone willing to learn, with a positive attitude and an interest in learning new things daily. This is a 40-hour-per-week, Monday-to-Friday role with a schedule of either 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. The company describes a positive work environment and offers a full benefits package. Compensation is $15.50–$16.50 per hour, with English-and-Spanish proficiency considered in compensation. The firm has more than 130 team members and may award a firm trip for employees and a guest if yearly firm-wide goals are met.
Requirements
