About The Position
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team for the busy season (June through the end of January). This role is key to providing a top-tier experience from the moment customers arrive to the time they select their perfect photo package.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk reception preferred
- Friendly, patient, and confident with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable talking about and selling photography packages
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Greet all clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
- Check in clients for their scheduled appointments
- Collect payments and issue receipts when needed
- Inform customers about current promotions, offers, and package options
- Assist clients in scheduling or rescheduling sessions and sales appointments
- Help guide clients through package selections during dedicated sales appointments
- Accurately handle cash, card, and other payment transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
- Communicate effectively with the photography and sales team to ensure smooth operations
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with customers as needed
