About The Position

Smile Prosthetics is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-centered environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service from the first phone call to the final checkout.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (such as Open Dental) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients, vendors, and guests
  • Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
  • Assist patients with paperwork and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate with dental offices and insurance providers
  • Collect payments and maintain patient records
  • Open and close the office and maintain cleanliness
  • Order and stock office supplies
  • Support daily practice operations
