About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Front Desk Coordinator for a customer-facing role in its Fresno/Clovis clinics. The position supports the patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting. The role involves welcoming patients, supporting membership sales, handling scheduling and inquiries, and helping maintain clinic operations. The position is with an independent franchisee of The Joint Corp., which will be the employee’s sole employer and sets its own employment terms, wages, and benefits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of customer service and sales experience.
• Office management or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic in a timely and organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages accurately and confidently.
• Support clinic sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to support a positive patient experience.
