About The Position

As a Part-Time Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator at Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Hyundai Genesis, your primary responsibility is to be the first point of contact for all customers entering the dealership or calling in. You will create a welcoming, professional environment while supporting daily front office operations. This role is essential in delivering a positive first impression and ensuring smooth communication across all departments. The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to: Greet customers upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department, Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency, Take accurate messages and assist with general customer inquiries, Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry, Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area, Assist Sales, Service, and Management teams with day-to-day office tasks, Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional customer experience at all times. In summary, a Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in shaping the customer experience. By managing front desk operations and maintaining clear communication, you help ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of from the moment they arrive.
