About The Position

Join the team as a Front Desk Representative in a luxury resort environment, creating a warm and memorable first impression for guests. Deliver personalized service while assisting with arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests to help ensure a seamless stay. Work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, anticipate guest needs, build meaningful connections, and create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Nice To Haves

• One year of prior relevant guest-facing customer service experience.
• Six months of prior relevant cash-handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by providing memorable service, anticipating their needs, and resolving concerns in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, walk-ins, and early or late arrivals and departures professionally and seamlessly.
• Offer available room upgrades and promote MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits.
• Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests.
• Process payments and post charges and credits accurately; handle cash and credit transactions; and balance cash and cash-equivalent transactions according to property procedures.
