HealthFitness is seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our large client site in Westlake, Texas. This is an on-call position, Monday through Friday, providing coverage when additional support is needed. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours and may be scheduled in the morning, midday, or evening, depending on peak usage times at the fitness center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, values flexibility, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service experience a plus.
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, check-in and assist customers.
  • Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
