About The Position
The Front Desk Associate is the friendly first point of contact for families at Emler Swim School in Central Frisco, Texas. The role creates a warm and welcoming experience for young swimmers and their grown-ups while guiding parents through lesson enrollments, schedules, and registrations, supporting swim instructors, and helping children feel excited about each visit. The associate learns the swim curriculum to confidently assist families and uses empathy and creativity to resolve customer challenges. This active, customer-facing position involves being on your feet and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment. The schedule consists of set shifts that include evenings and weekends. Paid training and ongoing support are provided, with opportunities to develop customer service, leadership, and communication skills. Employees who are open to cross-training as swim instructors receive priority for extra shifts.
