About The Position

Requirements
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada prior to offer of employment
- 100% guest service oriented
- Excellent people skills with a positive and upbeat personality
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
Nice To Haves
- Min. 1 yr. front desk experience preferred
- Enrolled in a hospitality/tourism program, an asset
- Previous experience using Five Star Hotel Software, strong asset
- Outdoor enthusiast, a passion for hiking and exploring the Rocky Mountains
- Second language, an asset
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and emails
- Taking reservations
- Selling rooms
- Guest service (concierge)
- Bellhop
- Assisting the dining room
- Performing end of day accounting procedures (as needed)
- Following check-in /check-out procedures
- Guests will speak with you directly for dinner reservations and ideas of how to make the most out of their Rocky Mountain Adventure!
