As the Front Desk Administrator, you will join the firm at our Columbus, OH, location and be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, receiving and directing deliveries, answering incoming calls, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate is well organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and has a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. This is a part-time role with hours of operation between 8-5, Monday through Thursday.

  • Five years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Receive and direct incoming calls and route appropriately across the firm.
  • Welcome visitors, including clients and vendors, creating a positive office experience.
  • Coordinate the monthly office supplies orders.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, including client environment, kitchen areas, print room, and employee collaboration spaces.
  • Responsible for planning, ordering, and setting up meals for employee meetings, client meetings, and other larger employee events for multiple offices.
  • Monitor conference room schedule for conflicts and support the resolution of conflicts.
  • Responsible for receiving and sorting daily mail and packages.
  • Manage on-site visitor parking allocation and office access cards for the Cincinnati location.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for employee travel, supporting escalated travel issues when needed.
  • Support annual company-wide event planning as needed.
  • Schedule training programs in partnership with the Human Resources team.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
