About The Position

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is an efficient, effective facial bar focused on affordable and accessible skincare in a modern, inclusive environment. The company specializes in facials, lashes, brows, and skincare, and aims to deliver efficient, results-driven services while creating confidence in clients and maintaining a collaborative, energetic, and welcoming workplace. The Front Bar Receptionist is the first impression of FACE FOUNDRIÉ and helps create an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily operations, retail sales, and brand standards in a fast-paced environment. The role includes guest service, appointment scheduling, education and recommendations on services and skincare products, front desk and operational support, and maintaining the store’s cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Passion for skincare, beauty, and client experience.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of guest service or customer-facing experience preferred.
Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
Salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards.
Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
Maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule.
Educate guests on services, memberships, and skincare products.
Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products.
Support daily operational tasks and front desk responsibilities.
Monitor inventory awareness and communicate low stock levels to management.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout the store.
Follow company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards.
Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing education opportunities.
Uphold safety, sanitation, hygiene, and board compliance standards.
