About The Position

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a focused facial bar offering facials, lashes, brows, and skincare in a modern, inclusive environment. The company aims to make skincare services efficient, effective, affordable, and accessible, and is expanding its presence nationwide. The Front Bar Receptionist delivers customer service, supports sales and store operations, maintains the schedule and store standards, and helps bring the brand to life through promotions, social media content, and local events. The role is based in Issaquah, Washington, and pays from $17.13 per hour. Full-time and part-time schedules are available; nights, weekends, and some holidays are required.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Passion for skincare, beauty, and client experience.
Nights, weekends, and some holidays are required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of guest-service or customer-facing experience.
Previous sales or marketing experience.
Salon, spa, or beauty industry experience.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Store Manager and Owners.
Maintain an organized schedule.
Demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
Work with the manager to report low supplies and help ensure items are available.
Assist with in-store operational processes.
Ensure store standards are followed at all times.
Accurately follow company timekeeping procedures.
Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services, and ensure board compliance.
Keep the store clean and fully stocked.
Support in-store promotions, create branded social media content during shifts, and participate in local events.
Prepare materials for national and local promotions and assist with setting up displays.
