Requirements
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
- Strong passion for the IT industry and a foundational understanding of software systems.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or technical support role is highly advantageous.
- Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, to join our onsite international team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and consultation to Microsoft clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure and software issues within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering premium technical solutions in the French language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve escalated technical cases efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest developments within the IT industry to ensure accurate product guidance.
- Document technical resolutions in our database to contribute to our internal knowledge base.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Microsoft, ensuring every interaction aligns with their global excellence standards.
