Job Description We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Marketing to lead national growth initiatives and shape the direction of our commercial and marketing strategy. In this high‑impact role, you’ll drive integrated marketing programs, guide long‑range planning, build market insights, and lead national communications and PR. You’ll partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sustainability, and more—while influencing major strategic decisions and bringing new solutions to market. Position Overview The Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Marketing is responsible for leading the development, execution, and measurement of a national commercial and integrated marketing strategy. This role drives growth by leading market planning, commercial initiatives, strategic marketing programs, communications, and customer insights. The position works cross‑functionally with senior leaders and teams across sales, operations, marketing, sustainability, and customer experience to ensure strong alignment and successful delivery of strategic priorities.
