About The Position

Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities, including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, housekeeping, and other duties assigned by site leadership. The work is fast-paced and very physical.

Requirements

• Be a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Be able to lift and carry 25–75 pounds; materials handled vary.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred; Capstone is willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight.
• Select and haul freight.
• Audit, repack, sort, and palletize materials.
• Perform cleanup and housekeeping.
• Carry out other duties assigned by site leadership.
