About The Position

Capstone is hiring a Freight Handler in Salisbury, North Carolina. The schedule begins at 4:30 p.m. and runs until finish; the schedule is set at the time of hire. Pay is $300–$700 per week, paid weekly. The role performs a variety of warehouse responsibilities, including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, housekeeping, and other duties assigned by site leadership. The work is fast-paced and very physical. Benefits are available after 60 days of employment. Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, very physical environment.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 pounds; materials handled vary.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Prior equipment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight.
• Select and haul freight.
• Audit, repack, sort, and palletize materials.
• Perform cleanup and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties assigned by site leadership.
