About The Position

Requirements

• Fluency in English.

• Knowledge of ocean freight logistics and customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean export shipments, including carrier bookings and movement of goods through transportation channels.
• Prepare and process customs-clearance documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments and provide customers with regular status updates.
• Manage customer relationships, address concerns or issues, and support customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, operations, and other internal departments to deliver timely and efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, trade laws, and other relevant requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
