About The Position

A Freight Forwarder, Air Export manages and coordinates the exportation of goods by air, including documentation, scheduling, and communication with customers and third-party service providers. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air exports, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through transportation channels.
• Prepare and process customs-clearance documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments and provide customers with regular status updates.
• Manage customer relationships, address concerns or issues, and support customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, operations, and other internal departments to support timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
