About The Position

The Freezer Picker moves materials and products throughout the warehouse using a double reach forklift and/or electric pallet jack. The role uses RF scan guns to track inventory and is primarily performed in freezer and cold storage environments. Workers must be able to work in varying temperature zones from -10°F to 40°F and perform physical, fast-paced work.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of forklift experience.
• Ability to operate a double reach forklift and/or electric pallet jack.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 8 or more hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., including lifting 30 lbs. consistently.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F, including freezer and refrigerated environments for extended periods.
• Comfort with physical, fast-paced work involving lifting and repetitive movement.
• Must weigh less than 400 lbs. and be no taller than 6’10” to safely operate stock pickers.
• Willingness and availability to work overtime as needed.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.

• Prior experience using RF scan guns.
