About The Position

The Freezer Picker operates a double reach forklift and/or electric pallet jack to move materials and products throughout the warehouse. The role uses RF scan guns to track inventory and is primarily performed in freezer and cold storage environments. The position requires working in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F, performing physical and fast-paced work, and being available for overtime as needed.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of forklift experience.
• Ability to operate a double reach forklift and/or electric pallet jack.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 8 or more hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., including lifting 30 lbs. consistently.
• Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Must weigh less than 400 lbs. and be no taller than 6’10” to safely operate stock pickers.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
• Comfort with physical, fast-paced work involving lifting and repetitive movement.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience using RF scan guns.
