About The Position

The Freezer Order Selector accurately picks orders in a cold-storage warehouse using an RF scanner and moves materials throughout the warehouse and shipping line with a hand pallet jack. The position supports order fulfillment and warehouse productivity by selecting the correct products and quantities, palletizing orders, and transporting them to the staging area. The role requires working in temperatures from -10°F to 40°F and meeting daily production and accuracy standards while following SQF and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to use an RF scanner and follow order specifications.
• Ability to work in cold environments ranging from -10°F to 40°F.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 8 or more hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and lift 30 lbs. consistently.
• Ability to meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow SQF and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.

Responsibilities
