About The Position

As a Case Picker in a freezer warehouse, you will use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders and deliver products to the required area while following regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. This role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and involves working in a freezer environment.

Requirements

Basic math skills.
Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
Ability to give voice commands in English may be required.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold-storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry-storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; required weight may be higher depending on the facility.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Comfort working with varying noise levels, which can sometimes be loud.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-use inspections on pallet jack equipment.
Mark materials with identifying information.
Open boxes and other containers when necessary.
Pick products and verify the correct selection of lot numbers and product codes.
Record material quantities using site-specific equipment to update inventory.
Arrange stock parts in a specific order for assembly.
Report damaged products to inventory personnel or a lead/supervisor.
Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
Deliver products to the required area while following safety standards, policies, and procedures.
