About The Position

Ryder is hiring a Case Picker in Victorville, California. The role supports warehouse fulfillment and distribution in a clean, organized facility focused on safety. Products handled include packaged goods such as baking soda, cat litter, and detergent. The position pays $24.71 per hour, with an additional $0.60 per hour when working the night shift. The schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., and pay is weekly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Adequate math skills.
• Ability to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization, including peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors.
• Ability to multitask; highly organized, with excellent time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up practices.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Pick products and cases.
• Palletize, hand-stack, and stretch-wrap products as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
