Requirements

Financial services experience (bank teller, branch customer service, call center, etc.)
Strong customer service background
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve suspected fraud activity, minimizing risk and financial loss
Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
Review daily ACH reports and monitor account activity for irregularities
Research fraud alerts and take appropriate action to mitigate loss
Collaborate with internal teams to identify suspicious trends and implement account restrictions
Report fraud cases and partner with authorities to support investigations and recovery
Promote awareness of fraud trends and assist with internal training initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation for investigations and compliance purposes
Support daily workflows, including investigations, alerts, and service requests within SLA timelines
Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen fraud prevention efforts
