• Monitor and investigate suspicious account activity to protect clients and the institution from financial risk.
• Maintain clear and precise documentation of all fraud investigation findings in accordance with strict banking protocols.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Dutch to resolve complex security concerns and account discrepancies.
• Collaborate with international anti-money laundering (AML) teams to stay ahead of evolving financial security threats.
• Utilize advanced proprietary software and analytical tools to ensure compliance with international banking regulations.
