About The Position

Fortidia is seeking a Manager of Franchise Development Marketing to own franchise development marketing across AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options. This solo-practitioner role combines strategy and hands-on execution: the manager will develop an integrated, full-funnel marketing strategy and direct an agency partner while coordinating with the broader marketing organization for shared resources, brand alignment, and cross-brand initiatives. Each brand has distinct positioning and candidate profiles. The role connects paid and organic marketing, content, lifecycle programs, SEO, email nurture, landing pages, public relations, events, brand positioning, and sales enablement to achieve lead-generation and sales-conversion goals. The manager is accountable for marketing performance and pipeline outcomes, reporting to leadership and the Global team in Milan. The position is based in Lakewood, Colorado, with a hybrid schedule: work from home Monday and Friday and in the office Tuesday through Thursday. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
