HomeFront Brands is a rapidly growing franchisor platform company focused on scaling industry-leading home-service brands through disciplined development, operational excellence, and franchisee success. We're seeking an experienced Franchise Development Director to lead franchise sales efforts and help accelerate growth across our expanding portfolio. This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven franchise sales professional who understands the franchise broker and consultant ecosystem, has established industry relationships, and knows how to convert quality candidates into successful franchise owners. As Franchise Development Director, you will own the franchise development process from initial lead engagement through meet the team day and franchise award (although we should note that we have an organic lead qualifier AND a consultant concierge who fill your calendar once leads are accepted!). You'll work closely with franchise consultants, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations teams to drive qualified candidate flow and achieve aggressive unit growth objectives. The ideal candidate brings both a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, with the ability to build relationships, manage a disciplined sales pipeline, and consistently close franchise agreements.
