At Honest Abe Roofing, we're looking for a Director of Franchise Development to help grow one of the nation's most respected roofing franchise brands. This is more than a sales role. You'll identify, recruit, and guide exceptional entrepreneurs through the franchise development process while protecting the long-term integrity of our brand. We aren't looking for someone who can simply close deals—we're looking for someone who can recognize outstanding business owners. Coordinate Discovery Day and executive meetings.
Build relationships with franchise brokers and referral partners.
Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
Protect the brand by identifying candidates who align with our culture, values, and operating system.
