Help Build the Future of Honest Abe Roofing. Some people sell franchises. Others build franchise systems. At Honest Abe Roofing, we're looking for a Director of Franchise Development to help grow one of the nation's most respected roofing franchise brands. This is more than a sales role. You'll identify, recruit, and guide exceptional entrepreneurs through the franchise development process while protecting the long-term integrity of our brand. We aren't looking for someone who can simply close deals—we're looking for someone who can recognize outstanding business owners. Responsibilities

  • Manage candidates from initial inquiry through franchise award.
  • Conduct qualification, discovery, and business planning conversations.
  • Present the Honest Abe Roofing franchise opportunity.
  • Evaluate financial readiness, leadership ability, and ownership potential.
  • Coordinate Discovery Day and executive meetings.
  • Build relationships with franchise brokers and referral partners.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
  • Protect the brand by identifying candidates who align with our culture, values, and operating system.
  • Represent Honest Abe Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and confidence.
