About The Position

As a Franchise Business Coach with College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk & Moving, you will serve as a trusted business partner to a portfolio of franchise owners, helping them strengthen operations, accelerate revenue growth, improve profitability, and build sustainable businesses. You will work collaboratively with franchise partners, virtually and in the field, to analyze performance, identify opportunities and barriers, and create actionable plans that drive measurable improvement. Using scorecard-based coaching, financial analysis, strategic planning, and consistent accountability, you will help franchise owners execute the College H.U.N.K.S. The position is remote and requires regular field travel, including driving more than 100 miles when necessary and overnight travel approximately one week per month.
