About The Position

Franchise Business Developers will… Prospect and research new concepts and franchisees Cold calling to book initial demos with franchisees of concepts with existing relationships and new concepts we are developing relationships with Conduct & present demos with franchisees to discuss their digital marketing strategies Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce Timeline for growth… 3 months of training, broken down into; 1 month of hands-on boot camp style training & 2 months to prove competencies & memorize presentation scripts 6 months as a successful Franchise Business Developer 3-4 months as a Senior Business Developer Promotion to Director within 1 year to 1 ½ year
Requirements
- Self motivated and driven
- Proven sales experience
- Outbound cold calling experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Have 2+ years of face to face & cold calling experience
Nice To Haves
- Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business
